Stats provided by Maestra

When it comes to "people", like customers, clients, employees, and citizens, and as HR holding the identity of “the people people”, HR is already getting calls from people asking not so much about what AI does, as much as how AI will affect them.
And the media isn’t making employee anxieties any better.
While businesses and people have dealt with technology changes for years from the transition from horses to motorized vehicles, AI seems to have been able to engage a lot more stress and anxiety in the workplace today, and that's why we've created our AI Practice at HC2.
Let's Get A Few Things Straight About AI..... for now

What AI Is

A technology that presents “machine learned” information from vast databases into fast conversational form, so that people can make informed decisions. We tend to see Generative AI which generates high-quality text, images, and other content based on the data it has "learned"

What AI Is Not

A technology that can replace human feelings, beliefs, creativity or reasoning.

AI can only provide what it "learns" from scanning the vast information available from the internet and emulate it for you the best in can from your query.

Where Is AI Going?

Using the power of supercomputing, AI is developing more criteria for feelings, creativity and reasoning for automated decision making and its progress is impressive. This is providing certain anxieties amongst employees feeling threatened by AI's evolving capabilities.
